The Opportunity:
As our client’s SEO Lead, you’ll drive organic growth, enhance search visibility and play a key role in their all-round revenue generation, building on a superb current customer base that showcases their performance and success to-date.
You will be leading a team of SEO and Content Specialists that are developing and implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies, while collaborating with Content, PR, Web Development and Paid Search teams to champion their services.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven success in SEO strategy implementation
- Strong analytical skills – interpret SEO data and translate insights into action
- Experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs and Looker Studio
- Confidence in presenting SEO strategies and insights to stakeholders
- Passion for leadership – ability to mentor and develop a team
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Experience in home-buying, property or legal sectors
- Google Analytics or SEO certifications
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching team members
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and business growth
- Analyse performance metrics and implement optimisations based on insights
- Lead and mentor an SEO team to achieve measurable results
- Enhance on-page, off-page and technical SEO to align with best practices
- Monitor search trends and algorithm updates to stay ahead of industry changes
- Present SEO performance, findings and strategies to key stakeholders
