Highways Electrician
Devon
£29,000 to £32,000 per year (+ Vehicle + Overtime) Plus an excellent benefits package
The Opportunity:
I am currently looking for a Highways Electrician to work in a field based capacity in and around the Devon area. This will involve conducting inspection, testing and maintenance on a variety of electrical street furniture equipment within your patch.
Ideally you will come from a background dealing with roadside technology with experience of street lighting, RTIP, traffic signals, ANPR, etc., but I would be happy to speak to anyone with an electrical background who would be willing to work on roadside technologies.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience with the installation and maintenance of street furniture (highly beneficial)
- Electrical/electronic experience and qualifications (C&G 2365, 2391, BS7671, etc.)
- Happy to work in a field based capacity or roadside assets
- Current G39, HERS8, NRSWA, NHSS8 qualification (highly desirable)
- Full drivers licence
