Contract (9 months) c£25 per hour (via Umbrella) x3 days in Stockley Park, Uxbridge, West London

The Opportunity: As a key member of our HR Shared Services team for a global client, you will handle critical HR transactions in Workday for the EMEA region, including promotions, compensation adjustments and job changes. You’ll also serve as a second-line expert for complex HR inquiries, partnering with stakeholders across departments including Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Employee Relations.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years in HR or HR Shared Services, focusing on employee data administration
  • Experience with HR systems—Workday is essential
  • Familiarity with case management tools like ServiceNow (preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • HR qualification or similar certification (CIPD) is desirable
  • Customer service experience is a plus
