We are looking for candidates to join a reputable IT Solutions company who support the healthcare (clinical trials) sector based at the Gerrards Cross site in the heart of Buckinghamshire. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support/ Application Support or similar role. ~ Strong experience in Application Support, Windows, Databases and Remote Access Tools. ~ Proficiency with service desk ticketing tools (Jira). ~ Microsoft qualifications or degree preferred.
