Enthusiasm to learn new systems and skills, with a demonstrable interest in IT and minimum 6 months experience in a commercial environment.
Excellent computer literacy.
Confident in using MS operating systems and MS Office 365 products (Word, Outlook and Excel).
Understanding of a range of IT software and hardware.
Provide 1st line support to all users offering them support and guidance in the use of operating systems and associated software.
Develop skills and knowledge across various areas of IT support and systems.
Support the preparation, maintenance and refurbishment of IT equipment.
The successful applicant will provide day-to-day support and assistance to the existing IT team in relation to hardware, software and general IT issues within the business.
The successful candidate will receive training across a variety of tasks in order to gain broad experience within a small and busy IT Department.
