Salary: Up to c£40,000 per year

Skills and Experience:
- Strong ICT experience ideally within an educational environment
- Excellent technical knowledge and IT skills, including MS Office 365 and database systems
- Ability to manage projects and lead a team effectively
- Experience with ICT procurement and resource management
- Excellent technical knowledge with Windows server, Windows 11, networking (TCP/IP), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Group policy
- Cloud knowledge (AWS or Azure) as well as knowledge of Azure AD
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach and mentor team members
- Good knowledge of end user devices, including PCs, laptops, iPads, tablets and mobile phones
- Experienced in prioritising varied and conflicting work demands and able to work under pressure
- Willingness and adaptability in tackling the variety of tasks arising in an educational environment
The Opportunity:
My client based in the Education sector are looking for an IT Support Team Leader on a permanent basis. In this role you will lead and manage ICT support services and service desk performance for schools within the trust. You must be able to line manage, develop, and support the ICT support team, including induction, coaching, and performance management. You will be required to travel between schools within the Trust to provide leadership support when needed so a driving licence is essential.
