Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Operations, project management, programme governance or business process implementation Contractor to support its Global Medical Affairs organisation.
This is a key operational role focused on the design, implementation and embedding of processes, digital capabilities and governance across a number of interconnected Medical Affairs workstreams, including Integrated Medical Communication Planning (IMCP), Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) and the Scientific Communication Platform (SCP).
The successful candidate will help translate strategy into practical processes and digital workflows, supporting implementation, stakeholder adoption and sustainable behavioural change.
Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Drug Development, Life Sciences, Business Management or a relevant discipline.
  • 6+ years' experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environments, ideally involving project/programme management, process implementation or workstream rollout.
  • Proven experience managing programmes or complex workstreams within matrixed health or life sciences organisations.
  • Strong experience in process design, implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading or coordinating multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder management, governance and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience supporting the implementation or rollout of digital tools, platforms or technology-enabled processes.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information and data into clear, meaningful content and recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and confidence working autonomously.
