Skills and Experience:
- Strong automation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure services
- Developing bespoke solutions using C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python and related technologies
- Supporting reporting, data warehousing and analytics requirements
- Applying practical understanding of AI and LLM-based solutions to improve business processes
- Introducing AI-enabled capabilities within agreed governance and compliance frameworks
- Identifying opportunities where AI or automation can deliver measurable business value
- Designing, developing and enhancing solutions with software providers aligned to business requirements
- Building and maintaining integrations between core systems and third-party platforms
- Reviewing existing configurations and customisations, recommending and delivering improvements
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, well-documented and supportable
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders, project managers and Business Analysts
