ISQ Recruitment is recruiting for a Transport Compliance Manager to support compliance across a large multi-site logistics network. This role would suit an experienced transport compliance professional who is confident working across multiple sites, reviewing standards, carrying out audits and helping operational teams make practical improvements.

You will focus on Operator Licence compliance, DVSA standards, Earned Recognition, transport audits and site support. The role combines remote audit preparation, compliance reporting and regular site visits, giving you a good mix of autonomy, stakeholder contact and hands-on compliance work.

You will work closely with site and area management teams to review compliance performance, identify risk areas and support clear action plans that improve standards across the network.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out transport compliance audits across multiple sites
  • Reviewing Operator Licence, DVSA and Earned Recognition standards
  • Completing pre-audit checks using transport compliance systems
  • Reviewing driver, vehicle and compliance data
  • Preparing audit reports, findings and action plans
  • Presenting compliance findings and recommendations to site and area management teams
  • Supporting sites with corrective actions and improved ways of working
  • Identifying training, process and compliance gaps
  • Helping maintain consistent transport standards across the network

What we’re looking for:

  • Transport Manager CPC
  • Experience in transport compliance, logistics, distribution or fleet operations
  • Strong understanding of Operator Licence compliance and transport legislation
  • Knowledge of DVSA standards and Earned Recognition requirements
  • Experience with TachoMaster or similar transport compliance systems
  • Ability to review data, identify trends and recommend practical improvements
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to work with site teams and managers
  • Good attention to detail and ability to identify compliance risks
  • Comfortable working independently across a field-based, multi-site role
