This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and improve jigs, fixtures, and tooling solutions to support production scale-up. Using Creo (essential) and FEA, you’ll create practical, production-ready designs that improve safety, efficiency, and build quality. You’ll work closely with engineers and shop floor teams, seeing your designs go from CAD screen to shop floor.

We’re open on background – you might currently be working as a Tooling Engineer, a CAD Designer with jig/fixture design experience, or a Production Engineer with a tooling bias. If you’re confident using Creo and FEA and like seeing your designs come to life in production, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and optimise tooling, lifting jigs, and fixtures.
  • Review existing tooling and suggest smarter, safer improvements.
  • Support prototype builds alongside engineers and technicians.
  • Use Creo + FEA to develop and validate designs.
  • Work hands-on with shop floor teams to implement solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Creo CAD (mandatory) and FEA analysis.
  • Experience in tooling, jigs, or fixtures design.
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset and willingness to work with the team.

Why Join?

  • Work on varied projects with visible impact.
  • See your designs directly improve production.
  • Monday to Friday, days only – no shifts.
