ISQ Recruitment is working with a public services organisation in Norwich who are looking to recruit Specialist Cleaner/Windows on a temp to perm basis.
Reporting directly into the Cleaning Supervisor, the Operative has responsibility for the day-to-day running and supervision of Specialist cleaning operations, this section is inclusive of but not limited to Window Cleaning, Environmental Cleaning/Clearance and Specialist Internal/External Cleaning (inclusive of working at height).
Pay: Β£14.55 Per hour (overtime after 37 hours)
Shifts: Monday to Friday 0730AM to 1530PM
Areas covered within this role are inclusive of but not limited to:
- Delivery of high-quality service to all customers.
- To co-operate/communicate with customers whilst carrying out tasks.
- To ensure deadlines are met.
- Escalation of issues/concerns to Supervisor where required.
- Correct use of equipment/tools inclusive.
- Investigate and utilize new technology and equipment.
- Completion/submission of paperwork required within the role.
General:
- Undertake learning and development as agreed in personal development reviews to meet service and individual targets.
Other Duties:
The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied; therefore, the post-holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate to the role and as requested by his/her line manager.
