Location: North Lincolnshire (Multi‑site role)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

ISQ Recruitment is looking for an experienced poultry person to join a respected farming business as a Relief Assistant Farm Manager. If you’ve worked with broilers before and enjoy a hands‑on role with variety, this could be the perfect step up.

The Role

You’ll travel between farms across Lincolnshire, supporting and covering Farm Managers when needed. You’ll be responsible for helping run day‑to‑day tasks, keeping bird welfare high, and making sure everything runs smoothly while following farm procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping manage broiler sites day to day
• Taking the lead when Farm Managers are away
• Checking bird welfare, feed, and environment
• Supporting the team and managing jobs on site
• Keeping farms tidy, safe, and secure
• Helping with weekend and alarm cover

What You’ll Need

• Poultry farming experience (essential)
• A full UK driving licence and happy to travel
• Hardworking and well‑organised
• Willing to muck in and be part of the team
• Able to work weekends on a rota

• £32,000 salary
