iSQ Recruitment is supporting a powerhouse behind one of the UK’s most iconic ingredients with their search for an experienced Production Manager. With a legacy of innovation, sustainability, and world-class manufacturing, they are at the heart of British food production.
This role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern—days, afternoons, and nights—working 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Proven leadership in food manufacturing, with experience coaching high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong technical expertise, with a track record in fault diagnosis, problem solving, and driving continuous improvement.
Commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets and contributing to re-forecasting processes.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the credibility to influence across all factory levels.
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, able to balance short-term pressures with long-term tactical thinking.
Lean operations experience, backed by strong planning, analytical and project management skills. Key Qualifications & Training
Essential:
NEBOSH General Certificate
Understanding of management fundamentals
Understanding of behavioural based safety leadership
Basic food hygiene training
Understanding of hazards and controls associated with a complex industrial environment and producing food and feed
Understanding of technical accounting Desirable:
HND or equivalent in a Science or Engineering based discipline
Green Belt Lean Sigma
Practical knowledge of Lean Tools and Techniques
Chemical Engineering degree or similar discipline
Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 4 training
