iSQ Recruitment is supporting an innovative logistics company with their search for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. The business is expanding their engineering function from 2 to 4 engineers, meaning more support, better coverage, and a more balanced workload for everyone.
You will be part of a hands-on engineering team maintaining a modern distribution site with a variety of conveyor and automated handling equipment. You will also have on-shift support from a Maintenance Assistant to handle basic mechanical tasks, allowing you to focus on technical engineering work.
If you are an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer ready to make an impact from day one, you will fit right in. If you are still building experience as a Maintenance Technician and would like to step up into an Engineer role, training and support is available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on conveyors and automated equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Complete maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement
- Work safely at all times, following LOTO, permit-to-work, and site safety procedures
- Support major maintenance tasks and collaborate with Maintenance Assistants
Key Criteria:
- Electrical qualification essential (competent with motors, drives, sensors, control equipment)
- Experience in maintenance within logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar
- Ability to fault-find electrically and mechanically, using drawings and manuals
- Strong understanding of PPM and safe working practices (PUWER, isolations, compliance)
- Comfortable working with automated machinery and willing to learn new systems
- Team-focused attitude with the ability to support less technical colleagues
