iSQ Recruitment is working with a well-established, industry leader on the outskirts of Ely who are looking to add Manufacturing Operatives to their team due to continued growth. We are looking for reliable & hands-on people with practical experience in a Manufacturing / Production / Factory setting, can problem-solve on the job, and take pride in doing things right. This is a physical hands-on role within a busy production environment where training on industrial and precision machinery will be provided to those who are unfamiliar. You will be part of a close-knit team who are achieving daily production targets whilst maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating, and checking machinery (training provided)
- Measuring, checking, and recording production data accurately
- Updating job progress on the production system and completing paperwork
- Learning new machines and processes through cross-training
- Spotting issues early and helping to improve quality and efficiency

Skills & Experience:
