ISQ Recruitment is supporting a family-owned food manufacturer with their search for an experienced Food Production Manager. This company has a clear vision of quality food thatβs available to all. As the site continues to grow its customer base, they are now seeking to significantly add to their Production team.
This role is a Monday to Friday days position. The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license with access to their own vehicle.
Please note: this client does not offer VISA sponsorship, only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK and relevant experience to this role will be considered.

Qualifications & Criteria:
- Prior experience in a similar food leadership role (preferably meat).
- Experience of demanding retail or similar customer base.
- Experience of managing a team to deliver production plans with products with short shelf-life products and requiring intensive labour usage.
- Ability to clearly communicate and build a strong and effective team.
- Must have full Right to Work in the UK.
- Must have full UK driving license & access to own vehicle.
