About the Role
Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Service/Wash Team Member to join their busy poultry team. This is a practical, active role where you will travel with the team to different poultry farms, supporting with essential farm services including mucking out, washing down sheds, poultry handling, and vaccination work. No two days are the same, so this position would suit someone who enjoys being out and about, working as part of a team, and is happy with physical, hands-on work.
The Role Will Involve:
- Travelling with the team to different poultry farms
- Mucking out poultry sheds and preparing areas for cleaning
- Washing down sheds and equipment to a high standard
- Handling poultry safely and confidently
- Vaccination and bird service work
- Following strict hygiene, welfare, and biosecurity procedures
- Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
