Job Title: Poultry Farm Supervisor
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Downham Market, Norfolk
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

ISQ Recruitment is recruiting a Poultry Team Lead for a well-established farm on the outskirts of Downham Market. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Facilities Manager and helping to drive high standards of welfare, biosecurity, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Facilities Manager and provide cover during absence and weekends.
• Lead day-to-day farm operations with a strong focus on animal welfare and biosecurity.
• Monitor bird health and housing conditions, including temperature, ventilation, and lighting.
• Manage and support farm staff, including training and supervision.
• Ensure farm KPIs, safety standards, and flock management tasks are met on time.
• Enforce biosecurity and welfare procedures and maintain compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous poultry or livestock farming experience.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on farm work.
• Good communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must not keep avian species at home.

Working Pattern:

• Approx. 7:00am to 3:30pm.
• 6 days on, 2 days off.
• Every other weekend worked with premium overtime rates.
