ISQ Recruitment is supporting a long-established manufacturing business in Cambridgeshire, looking to bring an Assembly & Production Operative onto their afternoon shift team.

About the Role

You ll be joining a clean, structured, and safety-focused production environment, assembling parts and operating equipment as part of a collaborative team. You ll receive full training and support, with the opportunity to grow your skill set and get involved in different parts of the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines and follow standardised processes
• Assemble components and carry out basic quality checks
• Record production data accurately and clearly
• Contribute to a safe and tidy working environment
• Support your team in meeting shift goals and output levels
• Flex across workstations depending on production needs

What We re Looking For:
Essential:

• Experience in a production, assembly, or hands-on work environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Able to follow instructions and processes accurately
• Own transport due to location and shift timings

Desirable:

• Previous experience using basic production or assembly tools
• Understanding of lean or continuous improvement practices
• Comfortable working to targets or in time-sensitive settings
