Shifts: Monday to Friday, Days

We are supporting a Suffolk-based food manufacturer with their search for a proactive and reliable Weighbridge Coordinator.

You\’ll play a key role by keeping things moving smoothly on-site – helping manage the flow of vehicles, ensuring everything is logged correctly, and being the face of the business for all announced and unannounced visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weighing lorry deliveries, checking them in, sampling
• Data entry using company\’s bespoke system (full training provided)
• Liaising with delivery drivers / welcoming them and others to site
• Stock taking
• Helping with other duties as and when required
• Supporting operations across a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Criteria:

• Prior experience as a Weighbridge Operator
• Experience of & comfortable to work at height
• A friendly and professional attitude
• Excellent communication skills to liaise across all levels in the business
• Competent on a computer for data entry / learning bespoke system
• Able to stay calm under pressure
• Forklift license would be an advantage (not essential)
• A team player
• Full UK driving license with access to own car
• Full Right to Work in the UK
