Are you experienced in warehouse operations with a keen interest in IT systems? We’re recruiting on behalf of a logistics client for a hands-on Warehouse Systems Support Technician to join their on-site team in Wolverhampton.

You’ll act as the key support for SAP EWM and IT systems on the warehouse floor – combining first-line troubleshooting with system investigations and hardware support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of warehouse operations who enjoys getting involved in technical problem-solving.

  • Supporting SAP EWM and investigating system errors
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PCs, barcode scanners, etc.)
  • Liaising with the IT team for repairs, installations, and upgrades
  • Assisting with system data updates and changeovers
  • Supporting control boards and escalating issues appropriately
  • Helping with user testing and small-scale system fixes

A background in logistics or warehouse operations is required, along with experience or exposure to SAP EWM (or other WMS systems). Good IT troubleshooting skills (hardware and basic software) and comfort using Excel and reporting system downtime/issues are essential.
