ISQ Recruitment are supporting a well-respected manufacturer in Norfolk with their search for a QEHS Lead.

Role Overview

The role of the QEHS Lead is to support the Quality Manager and Quality team in achieving adherence to the quality, environmental, and health and safety standards according to legislation and procedures. You will have active involvement in the drive for change and continuous improvement.

Working Hours

This is a permanent, full-time, and on site role.

Main Responsibilities (Not an exhaustive list)

  • Compile accident and incident reports and undertake incident investigations as required.
  • Performance testing of current products to ensure adherence to specification.
  • Actively participate in root cause analysis for complaints and internal issues.
  • Collate accident statistics, categorise accidents, and undertake trend analysis.
  • Conduct Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety audits and implement corrective measures as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Not an exhaustive list)

  • Essential: previous experience in a Quality role, FMCG would be preferred
  • Essential: NEBOSH Health & Safety at Work
  • Qualified in Internal Auditing (BRCGS &/or ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 SPC & MSA techniques)
  • Understanding of HACCP principles
  • Laboratory experience (beneficial but not essential)
