Known for producing high-quality, sustainable snacking products and supplying leading retailers and foodservice customers across the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of safety, food safety, and quality
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products
- Full responsibility for production planning, materials management, and team development
- Ensure delivery against site KPIs
- Lead continuous improvement across the factory
About You:
- Proven experience in a Supervisory / Management role within food production / manufacturing (essential)
- Experienced in production planning and scheduling (essential)
- Familiar with BRC food safety standards & audits (essential)
- A hands-on approach with a passion for quality and innovation
- Flexible to the needs of the business
- Adaptable to change in fast-growing and fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
