We’re recruiting for a hands‑on NPD Project Manager to support a food manufacturer in Norfolk. This is a practical position that suits someone who enjoys working in both the kitchen and the factory, helping turn ideas into products that run smoothly in production. Ideal backgrounds include NPD, chef/culinary roles, or production/process work that has included supporting trials or development.

The Role

You’ll work across both kitchen and factory, taking products through development, trials and preparation for full manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing kitchen samples and supporting early development work
• Helping run factory trials and refining processes
• Adjusting recipes or methods based on feedback
• Managing products from brief through to launch
• Preparing supporting documents (trial notes, line forms, approvals)
• Working with new ingredients and gathering accurate information
• Working with production teams to support a smooth start‑up
