ISQ Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Engineer to join a technical product development business working within pharmaceutical and medical device projects.

This role would suit a Project Engineer, Development Engineer, NPI Engineer, Design Transfer Engineer or Technical Project Engineer with experience in a regulated product development, pharmaceutical, medical device, combination product or quality-led manufacturing environment.

You will support technical product development projects from development activity through to verification, industrialisation and manufacturing transfer, working closely with engineering, quality, suppliers and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate engineering activity across internal teams, suppliers and manufacturing partners
  • Take ownership of assigned actions, timelines, workstreams and technical deliverables
  • Support engineering builds, verification, qualification and design transfer activity
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project records and development files
  • Support design control and quality system requirements
  • Track project actions, risks and issues
  • Help resolve technical or operational issues affecting delivery
  • Support supplier, customer and manufacturing partner activity
  • Contribute to industrialisation and manufacturing transfer work
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in project engineering, development engineering, NPI, design transfer or technical project delivery
  • Background in pharmaceutical, medical device, combination product, life sciences, regulated manufacturing or a similar quality-led environment
  • Good engineering understanding and a practical approach to solving technical issues
  • Experience supporting verification, qualification, industrialisation or transfer activity
  • Confidence working with engineering, quality, suppliers or external partners
  • Good technical documentation skills
  • Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail
