iSQ Recruitment is supporting a renowned global manufacturer with their search for Manufacturing Operatives. This team is growing and offers various shift patterns across Permanent and Fixed Term Contract positions. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a high-performing production environment, where you’ll receive full training to operate precision industrial machinery. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll help meet manufacturing targets while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy. We’re looking for practical, hands-on individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and a positive, proactive approach. You’ll be supported with tailored training and cross-skilling opportunities to help accelerate your career development.

Please note this client does not offer VISA sponsorship, only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK, relevant experience, and a full UK driving license with own vehicle will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of an assigned production team to meet scheduled manufacturing targets and uphold daily operational goals.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of precision industrial machinery (full training provided).
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy by recording, monitoring, and communicating precise technical measurements and production data.
  • Accurately update product status through the production control system and complete all required documentation.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to build broader skills and support flexibility across the tables business unit.
  • Actively contribute to problem-solving efforts and support ongoing quality, efficiency, and performance improvements.

Key Criteria

  • Proven hands-on capability with experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with strong practical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and focus.
  • Ability to identify issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to core values and a consistently positive, proactive attitude.
