Due to continued growth and expansion across multiple regions, ISQ Recruitment is working closely with a leading recruitment organisation seeking multiple experienced professionals from within the recruitment industry to join them as Business Development Consultants. This opportunity is open to candidates from various recruitment backgrounds, whether your expertise lies in resourcing, account management, client management, or operational recruitment.
Location and Work Arrangements: This role offers a balanced mix of office-based work, client visits on the road, and some flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients across various sectors, including industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and FMCG.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute structured plans to generate leads and grow business opportunities.
- Market Insight: Conduct regular analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity within the CRM.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth transitions from client acquisition through to delivery.
