Machine Technician

Operating from modern, purpose-built facilities, the company is known for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-focused design. They are now looking to add a Machine Technician to their team.
The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license, access to their own vehicle, and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Role Duties
- Responsible for carrying out planned tool and colour changes efficiently to support production schedules.
- Fault finding, making process adjustments, and ensuring optimal machine performance through continuous improvement.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards, with prompt reporting of defects or machine issues.
- Follow company procedures and adhere to ISO quality and health & safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area and perform general production tasks to support overall efficiency.
Qualifications & Criteria
- Background in engineering and/or solid mechanical background.
- Adaptable to change & embraces challenges.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and professional attitude.
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Shows initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle required.
