About the Company
We turn marketing into a powerful tool that helps businesses win in their market. We built a new type of platform: a marketplace for future customers. On our site, businesses buy leads the same way they buy products in an online store. They can see key details about each lead before they pay, which gives them clear information, control over what they buy, and more predictable results. We are the top lead marketplace in the USA, and we are growing fast.
Role Overview
We are looking for a cold call team director to spin up a call center that will be used to supplement existing volume of call leads we get from vendors, help us closer understand issues our vendors go through, and obtain leads in historically more difficult regions than our call providers have been supplying us with.
Responsibilities
- Build the cold calling operation from scratch, including structure, hiring plan, and processes
- Hire, train, and manage callers, team leads, and QA as the team scales from 2–3 to 30–50+ people
- Design and optimize dialing strategy, number rotation, warm‑up, and deliverability to maintain high connect rates
- Set up and improve lead qualification standards to ensure every lead is marketplace‑ready and compliant
- Monitor performance metrics (connect rate, leads per caller, rejection rate, cost per lead) and act on them daily
- Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate dialer, CRM, and lead pipelines
- Run real‑time coaching and performance management during US calling hours to improve team output and quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in cold calling operations, preferably in real estate wholesaling
- Proven track record building or scaling outbound calling teams (10–50+ callers) from scratch
- Deep understanding of dialing systems, number reputation, spam flagging, and call deliverability
- Experience working with CRMs and dialers such as ReadyMode, Podio, GoHighLevel, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable managing performance through metrics and making fast decisions
- Ability to personally execute (set up campaigns, run calls, debug issues) – not just manage
- Advanced English (daily communication with US‑based teams, reporting to leadership, live coaching)
- Availability to work overlapping US business hours and manage operations in real time
Bonus
- Experience in US real estate wholesaling or motivated seller lead generation
- Experience managing offshore teams (Philippines, Egypt, Pakistan, Latin America)
- Familiarity with TCPA compliance and state‑level calling regulations
- Background in list stacking, data sourcing, and lead generation strategy
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills
