About the company

Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy - full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We’re the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we’re accelerating.

Role overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the user, market, and data side of the product. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner, engineering, sales, support, and founders to find the weakest points in the funnel, validate opportunities, and turn them into clear product briefs that move revenue, retention, and user value.

  • What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own product discovery for a lead marketplace used by US real estate investors, including user interviews, funnel analysis, and opportunity sizing.
  • Identify the biggest product and funnel bottlenecks using data, user feedback, and business context.
  • Turn insights into clear one-page briefs with hypotheses, value sizing, success metrics, and expected impact.
  • Collaborate daily with the Product Owner and engineering team to translate validated problems into focused product work.
  • Partner with sales, support, and founders to understand user pain points, market signals, and revenue opportunities.
  • Track product outcomes after launch and connect shipped work to metrics like conversion, retention, LTV, CAC, or revenue.
  • Use AI and analytics tools to speed up research, analysis, decision-making, and product communication.
  • What Makes You a Strong Fit:
  • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or another data-driven digital product.
  • Strong track record of moving business or product metrics, not just shipping features.
  • Regular hands-on experience with user research, especially talking directly to customers and turning conversations into product decisions.
  • Confident with analytics tools and able to work with data independently, including writing SQL or building your own analysis when needed.
  • Strong product thinking around funnels, user behavior, monetization, retention, and business impact.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, setting direction, and deciding what to improve without waiting for a detailed roadmap.
  • English C1+ for daily communication with fast-speaking US users, user interviews, written briefs, and cross-functional work.
  • Based in or able to work with UTC+0 to UTC+3 overlap, with regular late-afternoon or evening overlap for calls with US users.
  • Bonus if you have:
  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces, lead-gen, proptech, fintech, or real estate products.
  • Experience working with US customers or US-based sales and support teams.
  • Experience in a product-led startup where speed, ownership, and measurable outcomes mattered.
  • Ukrainian language skills for smoother internal team communication.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of real product workflows, not only for writing or basic tasks.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • You’ll work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where data drives every decision.
  • Your work will ship fast and impact thousands of users.
  • High autonomy, low bureaucracy: we trust you to own your domain.
  • Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication.
  • Salary (fixed base) ABOVE the market average.
  • A smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff.
  • 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually.
  • Paid access to courses, books, and growth resources.
  • Real decision-making power and ownership of your results.

Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
