TriSpan is committed to creating value by bringing a combination of deep operational and financial resources to drive strong growth and performance. Since inception, the firm has invested in 26 platform businesses out of four funds across two investment programs.

Purpose of Internship

To develop additional skills and knowledge within the Private Equity sector by participating in the investments team's efforts to source new deals, perform due diligence, monitoring of ongoing deals and lastly exiting of existing deals.

Learning Objectives

  • Research market and sector trends for our Funds.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for pipeline and portfolio review meetings.
  • Assist in analysing investment opportunities and presenting back investment opportunities internally to the senior team members.
  • Participate in due diligence efforts on pursued deals, including business diligence, market and commercial desktop diligence.
  • Improve skill in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to research M&A activity within various sectors and conduct market research.

Skills, qualifications, experience required for the role

  • A strong interest in Private Equity
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional languages beneficial (German & French)
