Key Responsibilities
- Global Compensation Management: Lead the configuration of Core Compensation (Grades, Profiles, Allowance Plans) and Advanced Compensation. Manage the end-to-end cyclical Compensation review process (Merit, Bonus), ensuring seamless execution for global schools. - System Optimization & Governance: Act as a Tier 3 support point for complex Comp & Ben issues escalated by the HR team. Collaborate with the HCM Lead and Security Lead to ensure cross-functional data integrity (e.g., how staffing changes impact benefit eligibility). Drive the adoption of new Workday features (Release Management) specifically for C&B modules.
- Stakeholder & Project Management: Translate complex Comp & Ben requirements from global HR Business Partners into scalable Workday solutions. Work closely with the reporting lead to create advanced reports and dashboards for the leadership team to analyze compensation trends and costs.

- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail (critical for payroll‑impacting data) combined with the ability to explain and train technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to create and maintain clear and engaging training materials and experiences for use globally, making use of a range of media.
