Electrical Site Supervisor Location: London / Southeast Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum (depending on exp/Quals) Job Type: Full-time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a growing project team, overseeing electrical installation activities across a range of minor works projects throughout London and the Southeast. This is a hands-on supervisory position where you will take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of electrical works on site. You will lead electrical installation teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, and other trades to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and right first time. The role will suit an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Foreman who is confident working on site, has strong technical knowledge and enjoys leading teams and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and proven experience supervising electrical works within a construction environment. Essential Experience & Qualifications * Recognised electrical trade qualification, such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent. * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Foreman or similar. * Experience within the construction industry, ideally across minor works projects. * Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, materials, and industry standards. * Good understanding of BS 7671 / IET Wiring Regulations. * Good knowledge of construction health and safety requirements. * SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is required. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * A practical, proactive and hands-on approach to site supervision. The opportunity our client has put together is a package from £50,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The work is across a variety of minor work projects in London and South East.
