Location: Minworth Water Treatment Works, B76 9DJ

Start Date: July 13th, 2026

Duration: 14 Weeks (with high potential for ongoing work on the Severn Trent Water framework)

Hours: 45 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Electrician (JIB Approved preferred, or Electrician with a strong verifiable industrial CV) for a major water treatment project in Minworth.

Scope of Work

  • Installation of Steel Wire Armoured (SWA) cabling.
  • Installation of Cable Management Systems (CMS / heavy-duty traywork).
  • Glanding and terminating both field instruments and Motor Control Centres (MCC).
  • Mounting and installation of level instruments.
  • Installation of external site lighting.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: A solid background in heavy industrial environments is essential. Previous experience on water treatment sites or working directly on Severn Trent Water framework projects is highly desirable.
  • Qualifications: JIB Gold Card preferred (or NVQ Level 3 equivalent with strong industrial experience).
  • Valid EUSR card / Clean Water passport is a major advantage.
