iSource Services is hiring for one of their clients for the position of International IT Recruiter (UK Shift).
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Recruiter to support our hiring needs for UK-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for IT and technical positions, along with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple domains (IT, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, etc.).
- Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with exposure to UK or international hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using multiple platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Willingness to work in the UK Shift (Afternoon to Late Evening IST).
