We are seeking a highly skilled and selfâmotivated RF Engineer to join our team. This is a senior handsâon role for an expert in RF circuit design, particularly in mm Wave technology (10â30GHz) to lead the architecture, design and integration of advanced RF systems. At All.Space, you'll work with some of the brightest minds in the industry to push the boundaries of what's possible in satellite communications. We value innovation, precision, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:- RF Subsystem Design: Design RF frontâend modules (LNAs, PAs, filters, mixers, frequency converters) across Ku and Ka for ground terminal applications.
- System Analysis: Perform System analysis, propagation modelling, Embedded RF component designs and RF performance simulations using System Vue, ADS, and MATLAB.
- Prototyping & Testing: Develop RF circuit designs including schematic designs and conduct RF performance validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and satellite modems.
- EM Simulation: Perform RF System simulations using tools like System Vue, Keysight ADS and HFSS.
- Simulation & Measurement Analysis: Analyse simulation results and experimental data using MATLAB, Python, or other similar tools.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration: Support integration with digital modems, Antenna systems, and mechanical enclosures for terminalâlevel performance optimisation.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on designs, simulations, measurements, and performance.
- Productisation: Work closely with hardware, mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost, and reliability.
- Compliance & Certification: Ensure designs meet international SATCOM regulatory standards (FCC, ITU, ETSI), EMC and environmental qualifications for rugged platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
- 7â8+ years of experience in RF/microwave design, preferably in satellite ground terminals or SATCOM systems.
- Deep understanding of analog and RF circuit design (LNAs, mixers, phase shifters, VCOs, PAs, opâamps, etc.), including noise, linearity, and impedance matching.
- High proficiency with RF test equipment: signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Proficiency in System Vue, ADS, MATLAB or similar simulation/modelling tools.
- Expert in designing RF hardware for Ku, Ka SATCOM applications.
- Strong knowledge of RF propagation, RF link budgets, and phased array principles.
- Demonstrated ability to balance performance with designâforâmanufacturability (DFM) and costâeffectiveness.
- Experience with PCB layout for RF and microwave circuits using Altium or similar design software.
- Programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or similar languages for data analysis, automation, and simulation support.
- Experience with EM Simulations tools such as HFSS or CST.
