The Technical Sales Officer role involves managing inbound sales for both new and existing customers. Although the technical aspects are taught in-house and require no prior experience, the role demands a strong desire to learn and meticulous attention to detail. It combines comprehensive product knowledge, in-depth sector understanding, awareness of industry regulations, and adept problem-solving skills.

- Gather business process information from clients
