Specific Duties:
- Assisting the Customer Services Manager
- Supervising stores area and staff
- Supervising functionality of stores and goods-in/despatch.
General Responsibilities:
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Assisting in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Assisting in organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
- Handle confidential information with due care and maintain confidentiality
- Company stock and stock take
