The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Managing Director to lead and scale our fabrication business in the UK. Reporting directly to the UK CEO, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitable growth and customer centric innovation across all fabrication activities. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands on execution to build a high-performing, market leading fabrication operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute the strategic plan for ISOPARTNER Fabrication in line with UK and Group objectives.
    • Identify growth opportunities, market expansion, and new value-added service offerings.
    • Position the Fabrication business as a key differentiator within the UK market.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee all fabrication operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and optimise processes for productivity and cost control.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Commercial Performance
    • Deliver revenue growth and profitability targets.
    • Work closely with sales teams to develop customer solutions and strengthen key accounts.
    • Support pricing strategies and margin optimisation.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Build, lead and inspire a high performing team across all functions.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Develop future leaders within the organisation.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate closely with the UK CEO, Group Leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
    • Represent ISOPARTNER UK both internationally and externally.

About You

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven leadership in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and profitability.
  • Experience leading operational transformation or scaling a business unit.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and execution focus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
