Due to continued organic growth, we are looking to recruit a claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive. While this role is primarily based at our Duke House office, we are open to applications from experienced candidates who may prefer the flexibility of working from one of our other branch locations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, technically competent, commercially aware, and able to build on Ison Harrison’s reputation for high-quality legal services. Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures.
- Representing clients at Court (including advocacy) as appropriate.
- Maintaining legal knowledge and skills.
- Ability to present and argue a case orally and in writing.
- Dealing with technical details and expressing solutions to complex legal problems in a concise and customer-friendly way.
Requirements include proficiency in Windows, Word, MS Teams, and Excel, along with a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude. Excellent written and spoken English is essential to produce documents for clients, court, and other parties, as well as to resolve telephone enquiries.
