Ison Harrison Solicitors, the Yorkshire Law Firm, employs 450+ people across 25 offices. Employee-ownership also means that profit share payments are distributed, tax-free, to employees with 12+ months’ service at the end of our financial year.
We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor to join our family law teams in Crossgates & Chapel Allerton. The role will involve developing and managing a caseload of privately funded matters including divorce and financial remedy work, separation, nuptial agreement, children arrangements and domestic violence cases.
- Representing clients at Court including advocacy as appropriate.
- Ability to deal with technical details and to express solutions to complex legal problems in a concise and client-friendly way.
- Ability to present and argue a case orally in court and in writing.
- Good spoken and written communication to deal with clients and other parties face to face, by telephone and in producing legal documents.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work, under supervision, to meet clients’ expectations and matter deadlines.
- Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude.
Full-time or Part-time, permanent.
