We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor (Associate) to be based at our Duke House office in Leeds city centre.
This is a hybrid role working two/three days from the office and two/three days from home, following completion of the successful candidate’s probationary period.
The role will mainly involve managing executive exits, litigation (mainly claimant) and assisting our Company and Commercial team, under the supervision of a Partner.
Overview
The role is likely of interest to Employment Solicitors that are around, or over ,5 years PQE with a good knowledge of the employment tribunal process.
Some respondent litigation experience or experience of advising employers on non-contentious matters would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be organised and methodical.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met and our excellent client care standards are maintained.
They will also be friendly, professional and able to explain technical legal detail with clear and confident communication, both verbally and in writing.
