We are looking for an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) for our established our Personal Injury team team.
We are looking for individuals with a proven background in industrial disease litigation who can help us continue delivering outstanding results for our clients

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of industrial disease claims, including:
- Manage industrial disease caseloads with diligence and technical expertise
- Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Respiratory disease claims, Vibration White Finger (VWF) claims, Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims and other occupational and work-related disease matters
- You will work closely with colleagues across our Personal Injury department whilst also having the confidence and ability to manage cases independently.
Key Skills – Essential
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) status
- Demonstrable experience handling industrial disease litigation matters
- Strong client care and communication skills
- The ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamworking
- A commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
