Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the hardening of our AI foundations and scalable inference platform.

You will work closely with the research team and the Applied ML teams to ensure the infrastructure is stable, reliable and can operate with more data and larger models as we grow.

You will design strategy, build roadmaps for platform maturation, and deliver high-quality, well-tested features that scale with our expanding biotech workloads.
