Your impact:
- Reporting to the Director of Reward and Analytics, this is a high-impact role where you will provide strategic compensation guidance to Leadership and People Teams on how to attract and retain top talent.
- You will advise on balancing adherence to frameworks with tailoring offers to secure world-class people for Iso.
- You will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, CorpDev, and the People and Talent team to influence decisions and streamline workflows.
- This role requires an interdisciplinary approach, excellent communication, and high attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Conduct detailed compensation benchmarking and drive data-driven market insights to understand the competitor landscape and maintain Iso's competitive advantage.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of Iso's global compensation strategy and programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Manage and approve new hire offers, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and internal fairness.
- Design, implement, and manage fair and competitive pay structures, using benchmarking to align rewards with business goals and legal compliance.
- Perform meticulous compensation analytics and spend forecasting to inform decisions and manage budgets with Finance.
- Manage the administration of equity programs, including grants lists and long-term incentive plans.
- Drive cyclical program management, including compensation planning and bonus programs.
- Develop and iterate on compensation tools, metrics, and reports to enhance program efficiency.
- Share knowledge and deliver training for managers and Talent Acquisition on articulating our compensation offering externally.
- Ensure global compliance with pay legislation and reward policies through regular audits and collaboration with Legal.
- Manage medium-scale compensation-related projects.
- Incorporate DEI&B principles into all compensation work to ensure fair and equitable pay practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading the design and implementation of reward programmes that support business objectives.
- Sector experience in AI, machine learning, tech, life sciences or pharma.
- Experience collaborating with leadership teams and internal People partners.
- Experience operating in a global organisation.
- Aptitude for change management and contributing to innovative reward initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
- Solid commercial and business acumen.
- Working knowledge of HR operations, processes and systems (e.g., G Suite, Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong project management skills with experience delivering on complex tasks.
- Experience managing budgets and partnering with Finance teams.
- Analytical skill set with experience using data to inform decision-making, leveraging tools such as SQL, R, Google Sheets / Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and understanding the broader organisation to enhance impact.
