Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintain absolute data integrity across our People systems, proactively identifying anomalies and optimising our data structure.
- Tooling & Systems: Manage, administer, and own our suite of people tools, constantly looking for opportunities to take our systems to the next level.
- Compensation cycles: Step into existing cyclical processes to run and execute core tasks including modelling, bonus calculations, and managing the equity/grants list.
- Insights & Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reporting on people data and provide key compensation insights to support hiring and promotion cycles.
- Operational Execution: Own the end-to-end administration of core workflows, from executing recognition programs to generating and sending official reward letters.
- Process Optimisation: Continuously look for ways to apply AI tools to streamline manual workflows and elevate how the People team operates.
