Things you'll do in this role:
- Support relationship-building with carbon removal suppliers, acting as a trusted point of contact
- Communicate technical, often scientific, concepts to a non-expert audience with clarity and confidence
- Assess inbound leads and support supplier onboarding and contracting processes (coordinating closely with the Science, Growth, and Technology teams)
- Collaborate closely with senior team members on larger, more complex opportunities
- Isometric champion — represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies
Things we're looking for:
- Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, with a willingness to dive into complex topics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done
- Clear and confident communicator — experience or interest in negotiation or partnerships is a plus
- Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software)
- Desirable: STEM background
