ISOLAS LLP and the Fiduciary Group are looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to join the Risk and Compliance Team. This is a fantastic role to progress a career in Risk & Compliance within a successful and well-established Group.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Risk and Compliance Team in fulfilling regulatory responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding, including KYC and Due Diligence checks
- Assist with AML/KYC monitoring
- Perform periodic reviews/screening of our existing customer base
- Provide administrative assistance in compliance with AML/KYC standards and policies
- Proactively assist with team projects
Experience:
- Experience within a financial services or similar regulated environment or alternatively a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject e.g. Finance/Business
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
Not essential, but advantageous:
- Experience/knowledge of Gibraltar AML regulations
- KYC/Due Diligence Experience
- Compliance or similar qualifications with ICA or other recognised body
