We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and other performance channels. This is a senior role with real responsibility and autonomy. You will own the strategy, execution and performance of our paid marketing, working closely with our internal creative, social and creator teams to drive scalable growth. You’ll be joining a rapidly expanding consumer brand, based in Manchester, that has recently launched into the US and EU and is continuing to grow internationally. We’re looking for someone who can take our paid marketing to the next level and make it a core growth engine for the business.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and execution
- Managing and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok
- Testing and scaling creative, audiences and campaign structures
- Working closely with internal teams to turn content and creator assets into high-performing ads
- Monitoring performance and optimising campaigns for efficient growth
- Identifying new opportunities across channels, markets and creative formats
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok
- Strong background in performance marketing for ecommerce or consumer brands
- Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets and scaling campaigns
- Highly analytical with a strong focus on ROI and profitable growth
- Comfortable taking full ownership of a paid marketing function
This role is best suited to someone who has already managed paid acquisition at scale and is confident leading performance marketing for a growing brand.
