The Opportunity

You’ll become part of a collaborative and experienced team handling an impressive and varied caseload across both Residential and Commercial Property. Your work will include:

  • Prime and high-value residential acquisitions and disposals.
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Prime Central London transactions and luxury developments.
  • Residential development and investment portfolio work.
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
  • Commercial landlord and tenant matters.
  • Commercial leases, renewals and asset management.
  • Property finance and secured lending transactions.
  • Acting for high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers and corporate clients.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and building long-term client relationships.

This is a client-facing role offering early responsibility, direct Partner exposure and the opportunity to develop your own client base within an established and growing practice.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Property law.
  • Experience handling a broad mix of Residential and Commercial Property matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and commercial transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to client care.
  • The confidence to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a busy team.
  • An interest in networking and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
